    The full framework, taught from first principles with weekly written cases. Covers the seven engine components, the eleven canonical concepts, and the verdict ladder.

    Asymmetry & Convexity Workshop

    An intensive on positioning for bounded-downside, uncapped-upside bets. Participants bring a live decision and leave with a written pre-commit rule and an automated turnaround policy.

    On completion

    • Size positions for asymmetric payoffs without false precision
    • Write a pre-commit rule that will survive emotional attachment
    • Recognize and exit Summit Fever before it forms

    Examined certification for practitioners applying the framework professionally. Includes a graveyard-audit practicum and an original capstone case accepted into the Institute's research archive.

Admissions

Cohorts are small and selective.

Foundations admits up to forty per cohort. Certification admits twelve. Practitioner workshops are capped at twenty-five. Selection prioritizes applicants who can name a real decision they intend to scan.
